“I did it! 299.2 ilbs. Bye bye 300’s. Down 16 lbs since 2/8/12 and I can tell I am loosing inches too! :) It is 19 lbs since my highest last year. Had I listened to Dr. Ross last year and removed the processed type carbs, this change would have happened much sooner! It seems to be the missing piece of this complicated puzzle.”
